Saleswoman: May I help you? Miss!
May: Yes. I'd like to look at lipstick and eye shadow.
Saleswoman: What colour set do you prefer?
May: Well, brown.
Saleswoman: We have a beautiful selection of eye shadows this fall. Look at the colours. Aren't they beautiful?
May: But they're purple. I prefer a brown set.
Sales woman: If you insist, I can show you the brown sets. I'll have to warn you that they're very ordinary, though.
May: Well, I'm not so sure. Most of my make-up is brown.
Sales woman: Why don't you wear purple eye shadow for a change? We also have lipstick to go with it.
May: Can I try it?
Saleswoman: Sure. Are you wearing any make-up?
May: No.
Sales woman: Have a seat, please. (She paints on eye shadow for May) Now, Here is the mirror. How do you like it?
May: Not bad. Actually, it makes me look younger. I like it.
Saleswoman: Try the lipstick as well....See, how fresh and charming you look.
May: You're right. I'll take them all.

梅 ： 我可以试妆吗?
售货小姐 ： 可以、你脸上有化妆吗?
梅 ： 没有。
售货小姐 ： 请坐。（它帮梅画上眼影。）镜子在这边，你喜欢吗?
梅 ： 还不错。事实上，它让我看起来年轻多了，我很喜欢。
售货小姐 ： 唇膏也擦擦看吧。……瞧，你看多么神采奕奕，多么迷人!
梅 ： 你说得对。我都买了。
