在这一期里我向大家介绍另一首在【Everwood】第一集中出现的插曲 Mack the Knife。这首由 Bobby Darin 演唱的歌曲曾在1959年的美国连续荣登9周榜首，也正是这首歌曲让他一举成名。Bobby Darin 曾对生活杂志的Shana Alexander说：“我希望到我25岁的时候能成为一名传奇性的人物。”这段话好像显示他相当自负，其实人们并不知道，Bobby 所以想要在25岁时就取得成就，是因为他对自己能否活到30岁毫无把握。1959年 Mack the Knife 的成功，使他终于步入了传奇人物之路。以后他发表的很多歌曲都非常引人瞩目。Bobby 一生不仅从事演唱事业，也演电影（曾获1963年电影“Captain Newman, M.D.”中获得最佳配角的提名）、电视剧（1972年夏及1973年冬，在NBC的节目中，主演他自己主持的电视系列剧）等。然而年幼时的一场高烧确留给他一个非常虚弱的心脏，1973年，由于心力衰竭，这个传奇人物还是过早地离开了我们。
